Trussmatic, a Finland based robotic automation and software technology company has received its first contract and Purchase Order from a leading truss manufacturing company located in Australia. Trussmatic’s technology, the first fully automated wood roof truss production line in the world, represents one of the most significant manufacturing and production advances impacting the roof truss industry over the last 50 years.
The production line will be engineered and produced primarily in Finland and is scheduled for commissioning and start-up in the third quarter of 2024.
The present order reflects with Trussmatic growth strategy outside the Company’s US based home market where Trussmatic has already successfully delivered 15 fully automated roof truss production lines.
Trussmatic is moving ahead with great success and precision into the Australian market. The Company’s strong expertise in the entire production process of wooden truss production can be seen in the scope of the delivery. After receiving much attention and industry focus since 2017 in the US, the path forward is excellent.
The production capacity of the highly efficient assembly solution can be custom tailored tospecific requirements and the line is based on a space saving layout and manufacturing to optimize material and production flow. Trussmatic solutions deliver cost savings and increased output, improved truss quality and better work safety conditions.
